Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience in Premier, Priority, Preferred or Affluent Banking.
• Proven experience managing and coaching Relationship Managers or wealth sales teams.
• Strong track record in wealth sales, AUM growth, customer acquisition and revenue performance.
• Sound knowledge of investment products, unit trusts and bancassurance.
• Mandarin proficiency is preferred.
• Relevant wealth management certifications are an added advantage.

SALARY & BENEFITS

• Basic Salary: RM11,000 – RM16,000/month
• Fixed Monthly Allowance: Approximately RM1,500

KEY REQUIREMENTS
