Qualifications

• 5 years of related working experience in operations.
• Experience in HP banking industry preferred.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational matters at the Experience Center.
• Develop strategies for process improvement in branch operations.
• Ensure compliance and accuracy in data entry.
• Train Branch Financial Admins to meet service levels.
• Track loan applications and follow up with banks.
