Job summary

A leading healthcare chain store is looking for a Branch Manager in Petaling Jaya. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting products, managing a team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of management experience and be willing to work weekends. Excellent leadership and customer service skills are essential, as well as ownership of an Android smartphone for system access.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience as a Branch Manager/Assistant Branch Manager.
• Willingness to work during weekends and public holidays.
• Must have own transportation and be willing to travel.

Job description

Responsible for promoting products and services to potential customers.

To provide excellent customer service to walk in customers and any inquiries via phone calls.

To achieve monthly sales target set by the company.

Manage sales performance of stations in align weekly, monthly, and annual targets.

Conducting training sessions with new staff.

Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Manage a team of employees, providing leadership, guidance and performance feedback.

Analyses operational data from MRS system to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Analyses operational data and KPIs to assess performance and make data-driven decisions.

Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superior.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least minimum education of SPM or equivalent.
• Candidate must have at least 1 year of experience as a Branch Manager/ Assistant Branch Manager.
• Must be willing to work during weekend & public holidays.
• Must have an Android smartphone for system access.
• Must have own transportation.
• Must be willing to travel.
