Job description

Lead and manage overall branch operations including project execution, sales support, administration, and manpower planning.

Develop and implement branch business strategies to achieve revenue targets, operational efficiency, and profitability.

Oversee project planning and execution from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.

Manage branch budgets, cost control, and resource allocation including approval of operational expenses.

Build, lead, and evaluate branch team performance to ensure high productivity and accountability.

Establish and maintain strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, consultants, contractors, and local authorities.

Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, company policies, and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards.

Monitor project and operational risks, implement mitigation plans, and escape critical issues to Head Office or Senior Management as required.

Prepare and present regular branch performance reports, including financials, project status and risk assessments to Management.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum 5–8 years of relevant working experience including at least 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Strong background in project management within the electrical, M&E, construction, or related industries.

Proven track record in branch operations, team leadership, and stakeholder management.

Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and basic P&L management.

Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong problem-solving ability with a structured and results‑driven mindset.

Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.

Willingness to travel and support projects as required.
