Key Responsibilities
  • Branch Operations Management:
    • Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
    • Implement company policies and procedures to maintain operational excellence.
    • Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock control (vehicles, parts, tools).
  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Drive sales growth by setting targets, developing strategies, and coaching the sales team.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
    • Analyze local market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Recruit, train, and manage branch staff including sales, service, and support teams.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide mentorship for professional development.
    • Foster a positive and high-performance team culture.
  • Customer Service:
    • Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve issues promptly.
    • Oversee the customer feedback loop and implement improvements as needed.
  • Financial & Reporting:
