Job description

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our TSM Automobile Sdn Bhd branch in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for driving the overall success and profitability of the branch, while ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures. This is a full‑time position in our dynamic and growing Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics organisation.

What you’ll be doing
  • Manage all aspects of the branch's daily operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and financial reporting
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency
  • Liaise with the head office to ensure alignment with company-wide initiatives and policies
  • Identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring prompt and effective problem‑solving
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales and customer service representatives, providing guidance and coaching for their professional development
  • Monitor and analyse branch performance metrics, making data‑driven decisions to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective local marketing campaigns
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and safety standards
