Job Title: Branch Manager (Sales & Operations)

Role Purpose
As the Branch Manager, you are the face of the centre and the primary driver of its growth. You will lead the daily operations, ensure the highest quality of teaching through rigorous reporting, and be the first point of contact for parents. Your goal is to create a thriving educational environment where students excel and enrollment grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Manage all incoming inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
- Sales Strategy: Proactively follow up with prospective parents to achieve monthly enrollment targets.
- Commission-Based Success: Directly impact your earnings through a rewarding commission structure for every new student signed.
- Quality Control & Teacher Management
- Academic Oversight: Review teachers’ weekly reports to ensure lesson plans are being followed and student progress is consistent.
- Staff Coordination: Conduct brief weekly check-ins with the teaching team to address any classroom challenges or resource needs.
- Parent & Community Relations
- Daily Engagement: Be present during peak hours (drop-off and pick-up) to build rapport with parents and provide verbal updates on their children.
- Consultative Communication: Act as the bridge between teachers and parents, explaining educational outcomes and addressing any concerns professionally.
- Branch Administration
- Oversee daily administrative tasks, including fee collection, invoicing, and attendance tracking.
- Maintain the physical standards of the centre to ensure it remains safe and welcoming for young children.
Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Mandarin and Malay (spoken and written). Proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in administration, sales, or education. Prior experience working with children aged 3–12 is highly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Natural ability to connect with parents and handle sales objections with confidence.
- Organizational Skills: A disciplined approach to checking reports and managing schedules.
- Tech Literacy: Proficient in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office and social media management.
