• Manage and direct the overall operations of the local branch, including staffing, inventory management, sales, and customer service
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability for the branch
• Monitor and analyse branch performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate solutions
• Liaise with the head office to ensure alignment with company policies, procedures, and objectives
• Provide leadership and motivation to the branch team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting a customer‑centric culture
• Identify and address any operational issues or challenges, taking prompt and effective action to resolve them
• Represent the company in the local community, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
