Manage the branch operational and financial performance of P&L by identifying new
business opportunities and implementing new sales strategies.

Lead the branch to achieve sales growth, smooth operations, and high customer satisfaction.
Managing the team, control costs, and drive overall business performance.

Lead Branch Operations to ensure smooth daily logistics and freight forwarding operations to meet service standards and customer satisfaction.

Guide, motivate, and build a high-performing team to ensure staff productivity and retention.

Customer Relationship Management to foster strong client relationships to retain key accounts and secure repeat business.

Manage branch financial performance by controlling costs and optimizing profitability.

Ensure branch compliance with customs regulations, company SOPs, and industry standards to mitigate risks.

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years in freight forwarding/logistics; at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Strong people management, mentoring, and team development skills.

Proven track record of achieving sales/revenue goals in logistics.

Well understanding of customs clearance, air/sea/land logistics.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia).

Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Proficient in MS Office and logistics systems, processes and compliances.
