A leading international financial services provider is seeking a Branch Executive in Kuala Lumpur to support business growth through sales development and adviser recruitment initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3–5 years of experience in financial services. Excellent communication skills are essential. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing flexibility and growth opportunities.
The Branch Executive, plays a pivotal role in driving the branch’s business growth by supporting sales development, recruitment, and adviser productivity initiatives.
Support the branch manager in recruitment seminars, previews, and sales events to attract and develop quality advisers.
Support product launches, marketing campaigns, and roadshows to increase business opportunities.
Work on documentation processing.
Partner with the Regional Manager on strategic business development initiatives and market expansion efforts.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with adviser to drive retention and long-term growth.
Support adviser onboarding, activation, and compliance to ensure high productivity.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in asset management, investment advisory, or portfolio management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage clients and team members.
Proven track record in client relationship management, sales, or branch operations.
Ability to execute branch operations, ensure compliance, and drive business growth
