Responsibilities
1. Customer Service
  • Greet and welcome customers warmly upon entering the boutique.
  • Understand customer needs and provide product recommendations.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Maintain good relationships with returning customers (customer loyalty).
2. Sales & Promotion
  • Promote and sell boutique products to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
  • Assist in organizing in-store promotions and campaigns.
  • Keep updated with the latest product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.
3. Store Presentation
  • Ensure the boutique is clean, tidy, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Arrange and replenish product displays according to company guidelines.
  • Check product labeling, price tags, and display materials for accuracy.
4. Inventory & Stock Control
  • Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
  • Monitor product levels and inform the supervisor of low or damaged items.
5. Cashiering & Administrative Tasks
  • Handle cash, credit card, and e-wallet transactions accurately.
  • Prepare daily sales reports or summaries when required.
  • Ensure all transactions are recorded correctly in the system.
6. Teamwork & Operations
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Attend team meetings, briefings, and training sessions.
  • Follow company policies, grooming standards, and operational procedures.
