Job summary

Guerlain Malaysia is seeking a dedicated Guerlain Ambassador to lead and develop the store team through hands-on management and coaching. You will build sustainable client relationships and ensure clients are treated to Guerlain standards, while driving store growth and market insight.

Key duties include developing the team, achieving monthly boutique sales targets, and translating strategic goals into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent level of education in relevant field.
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience in retail, sales or FMCG industry.
• Fluent in both oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the store team through inspiring hands-on management and coaching to deliver Guerlain service to every Client.
• Identify and analyze market opportunities, trends, and competitor activity to support growth and sustainability.
• Manage store operations and budget, monitor KPIs, and drive monthly boutique sales targets.
• Recruit, develop and coach talents; create succession plans and action plans with field support.
• Foster a client-centric mindset, build loyal clientele using client telling tools, and ensure a high level of customer experience.
