The role emphasizes end‑to‑end integration using Boomi when possible, API lifecycle management, and IaC with Terraform/CloudFormation/Bicep, plus automation of CI/CD pipelines and security controls.

Job description

· Focus: Hybrid cloud connectivity, API governance, and complex data mapping with at least 5 years of experience.

· Architecture & Design: Design and implement end-to-end integration workflows using Boomi (preferred) and other Integration Platform(s).

· API Management: Build and maintain scalable APIs and manage the full lifecycle.

· Performance Tuning: Optimize configurations and process reporting to handle high-volume data transfers.

· Error Handling: Implement robust “Try/Catch” logic and customize alerting frameworks.

· Certifications: Boomi Professional Developer or Architect certification preferred.

· Technical Stack: Deep expertise in EDI, OData, SOAP/REST, and SQL.

· Cloud Proficiency: Experience integrating SaaS (Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP) with on-premises systems.

· Senior Azure (preferred) or AWS Cloud engineer with at least 5 years of experience.

· Focus: Multi-cloud architecture, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automated governance.

· Infrastructure Design: Architect and deploy highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable cloud solutions across Azure (App Services, SQL Database, Functions) and/or AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda).

· IaC Implementation: Eliminate manual configuration by defining all infrastructure through code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Bicep). Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.

· DevOps & Automation: Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to support the OutSystems and Boomi deployment cycles.

· Security & Compliance: Implement Identity and Access Management (IAM), Virtual Private Clouds (VPC/VNet), and encryption protocols to meet enterprise security standards.

· Cost Optimization: Monitor cloud spend and implement FinOps strategies (right-sizing, reserved instances) to ensure the environment remains cost-effective.

· Multi-Cloud Expertise: Professional-level certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional)

· Containerization: Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/AKS) for microservices-based architectures.

· Scripting: High proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for operational automation.

· Networking: Deep understanding of DNS, Load Balancers (ALB/ELB), VPN Gateways, and API Gateways.
