  • Experience with account reconciliation processes.
  • Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable procedures.
  • Basic understanding of financial reporting.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new accounting software and technologies.
Responsibilities
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
  • Verify, allocate, and post transactions, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing and payment follow-up.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
  • Perform data entry and maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
  • Support senior accounting staff with various tasks and projects as needed.
