Job summary

A leading Asset Management and Infrastructure Solutions company in Penang is looking for a Boilerman to manage day-to-day operations of the boiler and its equipment. The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years of relevant experience, hold a high school certificate, and have a Boilerman Certificate (Grade 1 or 2). Responsibilities include ensuring safe operations, conducting preventive maintenance, and complying with health and safety regulations. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to critical healthcare support services.

Qualifications

• High School Certificate.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Certificate in Boilerman Grade 1 or Grade 2 issued by DOSH.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day to day operation and handling of the boiler and its equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities and record all data in log sheets.
• Prepare the boiler for inspection by DOSH/DOE.
• Schedule and conduct housekeeping of the boiler room and equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting during breakdown and assist maintenance team.
• Comply with HSSE practices and procedures.

• Perform preventive maintenance activities. Record all data in log sheet and key in ASIS EOD module.
• Prepare the boiler for inspection by DOSH/DOE.
• Schedule and conduct housekeeping of the boiler room and equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting during breakdown and carry out or assist maintenance team during rectification work.
• Comply with HSSE practices and procedures in accordance with Act, Regulations and company targets.
