Job description
Daily Operation and Parameter Monitoring

Responsible for the daily operation, start‑up, shutdown, and parameter monitoring of natural gas/industrial boilers to ensure stable steam supply.

Conduct regular inspections of boiler combustion efficiency, safety valves, pressure gauges, and other equipment; perform annual overhauls and water quality testing (softened water treatment).

Maintain 6S standards in the boiler room, clean coal ash and oil stains promptly, and ensure a safe and tidy work area.

2. Safety Management and Documentation

Strictly comply with special equipment safety regulations and assist in completing annual boiler inspections and third‑party testing.

Properly fill in operation logs, maintenance records, and fault analysis reports to ensure data traceability.

3. Emergency Handling and Coordination

Handle boiler abnormalities (such as pressure issues or leaks), report promptly, and assist in emergency repairs.

Coordinate with the production department to adjust boiler load to meet steam demand for lithium battery production.

Education

Diploma or above; majors in Thermal Energy & Power, Mechanical Automation, or related fields preferred.

Holder of a “Special Equipment Operator Certificate” (Boiler Operator G1/G2, Boiler Water Treatment).

Skill and other Requirements

Skilled in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting; able to work shifts.

Strong sense of responsibility, familiar with safety production regulations and boiler industry operating standards.

Team-oriented and able to work in a high‑intensity work environment.

Experience

At least 2 years of boiler operation experience, familiar with natural gas boilers or heat‑transfer oil boilers operation procedures.
