Overview

Join the Boards and System Cost/Inventory (BSCI) team supporting Outsourcing Business building high‑volume manufacturing products with ODM partners worldwide. The role blends technical accounting, financial analysis, SAP ERP, business unit PnL oversight, and supply‑chain initiatives to drive cost and inventory excellence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as BU liaison for cost and inventory related matters.
• Execute cost/inventory close, report PnL issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
• Conduct independent financial analysis and provide actionable insights.
• Support GSCO operations and business unit adjacencies in cost and supply‑chain process improvement projects.
• Collaborate with Accounting to develop and govern inventory and cost policies, including BPM governance.
• Identify and deliver efficiencies and standardization opportunities.
• Participate in S4 ERP transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Knowledge of S4 HANA costing, cost‑accounting policies, and SOX compliance preferred.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and supply‑chain management desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI a plus.
