University Degree
At least 10 years proven track record in managing in IT environment, 2 to 5 years of team lead experience.

We are looking for a Squad/ Team Lead to join our Customer Engagement tribe at SWIFT, to lead the Board & Community Engagement squad.
Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will be working as a lead of an agile dynamic team that is responsible for end-to-end delivery of several applications under the purview of board and community engagement portfolio. Our Customer Engagement tribe operates in a truly agile way. You will have a unique opportunity to expand your reach in terms of knowledge and network, and to build your expertise through SWIFT’s global platform.
As a Squad/ Team Lead, you are accountable for squad leadership as well as the end-to-end execution of the lifecycle of products under the squad. The capabilities enabled by the squad include Sibos and Swift event capabilities, public websites (Swift, ISO etc.) and corporate governance applications. Together with your squad and other teams, you will drive the definition of a vision for the products and squad, the associated roadmap and prioritise the product backlog accordingly. Reporting to the Tribe Lead, you will be a member of the tribe leadership and act as the primary liaison between your squad and its stakeholders, balancing their needs and expectations, in line with the organisation principles and business ambitions.
