Qualifications

BIM Specialist / Senior BIM Specialist / BIM Coordinator / BIM Engineer

BIM Modeller will process cases from clients in Malaysia to enhance our overall BIM services' technical standard in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate Building Information Modelling (BIM) projects.
• Lead the project teams and conduct BIM technology implementation.
• Assure quality deliverables of construction projects.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical / Architecture or any related discipline.
• Passionate about Architectural/Structural/MEP Engineering field.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D and Navisworks.
• Preferably 1–2 years of BIM working experience (Architectural, Structural & MEP).
• Passionate learner without experience will also be considered.
• Must be organized, results‑driven and proactive.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Mandarin proficiency required; Cantonese speaking is preferable.
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
