A leading M&E contractor in Johor seeks a BIM Modeler (Senior/Junior) to coordinate electrical installations and produce detailed drawings. The ideal candidate will hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering, with a minimum of 2 years of experience, and proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. Responsibilities

• Working with Electrical, Architectural, Mechanical and Structural drawings to provide a fully coordinated electrical installation through the use of three-dimensional modeling
• Detailer will work closely with the project team to create installation drawings and work packets for prefabrication from the coordinated model for use in field installation
• Coordinate electrical room layouts, feeder routing and equipment clearances consistent with the NEC
• Maintaining document / drawing control procedures to ensure proper document / drawing creation, amendment, receiving, transmittal, recording and disposal as required by ISO procedures
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Internships of 3 to 6 months or longer are also welcome
• Good skill in Revit, Naviswork / AutoCAD, Ms Office and others BIM software
• Knowledge of Architectural, Electrical & Mechanical systems installation details and basic local Authority requirements
• Willing to travel within Johor area, depending on management's arrangement
• Field knowledge and experience supervising and/or directing commercial electrical installation is beneficial
• Computer proficiency, file management and organization
• Good communication skills, outgoing personality, aggressive & able to work under minimum supervision
