Reporting directly to the Manager of Billing & Renewals APAC, this role is pivotal in managing and achieving key objectives for both their team and the broader Revenue Cycle teams. The individual will lead and inspire a team of approximately 10 members across multiple locations, overseeing day-to-day activities. This high‑profile role offers a significant opportunity to shape the department within a growing organisation. The focus will be on enhancing billing accuracy, reducing outstanding debt, and ensuring high cash collection targets are met, all while fostering a motivated and productive team environment.
