Job description

• Manage and coordinate billing for patients
• Receive payments through various methods (cash, online payments, etc.) and check for credibility
• Focus on patient data accuracy and information security
• Assist senior billing with audits, coding and claim submission
• Verify patient information and payments, follow up with collections and refund procedures when necessary
• Properly follow up on phone calls/emails or other methods to actively communicate with customers on payments
• Participate in regular checking, review and reconciliation of billing to ensure validity of account reporting
• Answer questions and address complaints
• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
• Arrange transportation for guests
• Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
