• Minimum 6 months experience in a call center environment recommended.
• 1 year or more experience in a call center environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers to resolve incidents and service requests.
• Handle Voice/Non-Voice customer issues.
• Transform tickets into the ticketing system.

Skills

Strong language competencies in English

Strong language competencies in Tagalog

Technical background in information electronics

Knowledge of customer service principles

PC literacy (Microsoft Office)

Willingness to work in shift models
