Job summary

IMA Education Group is looking for enthusiastic teachers to join our expanding network in Malaysia. Fresh graduates and those new to teaching are welcomed, with structured training to develop your skills while you work with children.

You will deliver lessons, monitor progress, communicate with parents, and participate in ongoing professional development. The role offers a 5-day work week (Wednesday–Sunday) and a salary of RM2,000–RM5,000, based on experience and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without teaching experience are welcome to apply.
• Teaching experience will be an added advantage.
• Passionate about teaching and working with children.
• Patient, responsible and willing to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia for teaching and parent communication.
• Able to work from Wednesday to Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Conduct lessons according to the established teaching programme and system.
• Guide students in their learning and monitor their progress.
• Provide appropriate guidance and support based on students’ learning needs.
• Communicate with parents regarding students’ learning progress when required.
• Manage classroom activities and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Assist with student-related and general centre matters when required.
• Participate in training and continuous professional development.
