Qualifications

• Experience with MAC support is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with latest macOS and Apple Device Support Certification is an advantage.
• Basic IT software and hardware troubleshooting knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT Service Desk support for various IT devices.
• Engage in discovery of new IT business tools.
• Work with internal IT teams on system testing and maintenance.
