Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage sourcing, screening, offers, and onboarding.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with department heads to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
• Sourcing Excellence: Use multiple channels to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Mandarin Communication: Interview and correspondence in Mandarin for regional portfolios and stakeholders.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor salary benchmarks and industry trends to provide data-driven insights.
