A global supplier of automotive components is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage accounts payable. You will ensure accurate matching of purchase orders, invoices, and resolve discrepancies promptly. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and a minimum of 3 years accounting experience are required, along with strong communication skills in both Chinese and English. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, with at least 1 year in an Accounts Payable role.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and office productivity software; experience with QAD is preferred.
• Prior experience in a SSC environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Match purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoices accurately.
• Record expenses using the correct chart of accounts.
• Reconcile and monitor invoices related to advance payments.
• Ensure timely completion of month-end tasks.
• Perform monthly intercompany reconciliations.
