Job summary

AML RightSource is seeking an Analyst to join our dynamic team, offering training to develop talent and a path to impact in financial monitoring and compliance. The role focuses on monitoring and analyzing transactions for potential money laundering, identifying data anomalies, and collaborating with Compliance, Data Management, and other teams to meet AML and reporting requirements.

Proficiency in English and Mandarin at B2 level is required, along with strong communication and analytical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English and Mandarin or related field.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin at B2 level or higher.
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess transactions for potential suspicious activities like money laundering.
• Identify and investigate data anomalies in line with AML/BSA regulations and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Data Management, and other teams to meet AML and reporting requirements.
• Utilize complex data sources and technical analytical tools to perform duties.
• Contribute to a team-oriented and collaborative environment, aiming to improve analytical and reporting processes.
