Job summary

1 Utama Shopping Centre seeks a data analytics graduate to assist in designing, developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to track business performance. You will support data source integration and ensure reporting consistency, and prepare ad-hoc analyses such as campaign performance, website/app traffic, and sales trends.

Working under guidance, you will transform raw data into actionable insights, communicate findings clearly, and document reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field.
• 0–2 years of analytics/BI experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and SQL required; familiarity with Power BI/Tableau is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to track business performance.
• Support integration of new data sources and ensure consistency in reporting.
• Perform basic data analysis and prepare ad-hoc reports to support decisions (campaign performance, website/app traffic, sales trends).
• Transform raw data into actionable insights to guide business actions.
• Collaborate with team members to interpret data and communicate findings clearly.
