You will play a crucial role in enhancing HR service delivery while ensuring compliance with local regulations. Candidates need a relevant degree and 3+ years of experience. In this role, you will provide expert-level support for benefits administration processes, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for employees as well as cross-functional stakeholders. You will manage complex Benefits Administration transactions across the region and serve as a key point for complex employee inquiries. Additionally, you will drive process improvements, ensure compliance with regional labor laws, and collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to enhance HR service delivery.
