Job Description
The Position

In this role, you will provide expert-level support for benefits administration processes, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for employees as well as cross-functional stakeholders. You will manage complex Benefits Administration transactions across the region and serve as a key point for complex employee inquiries. Additionally, you will drive process improvements, ensure compliance with regional labor laws, and collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to enhance HR service delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Benefits and Insurance: Administer employee benefits and insurance programs, including pensions, health care, wellness initiatives etc.
  • Leave of absence administration, such as medical, parental or sick leave.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee onboarding, enrollment, and termination processes for employee benefits.
  • Reporting: Reports to vendors & other topics related to enrollments, terminations and changes in employee’s salary or life events.
  • Procurement and Invoicing: Manage purchase orders and invoices for various vendors and services.
  • Vendor and System Management: Communication with vendors, handle vendor setups, benefit reporting, file management, and system administration tasks.
  • Miscellaneous Administration: Support fleet and car management, complex employee queries, and additional administrative duties.
Required Education, Experience and Skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in Benefits Administration and/or other HR service delivery fields
  • Eye for detail and strong understanding of global HR practices and regional labor regulations.
  • Experience with digital HR platforms (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow)
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, and multicultural environment.
