Job summary

A leading retail company in Malaysia is seeking a customer service professional who will ensure high service levels, provide skincare advice, and manage stock efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a pleasant personality, bilingual abilities in Bahasa Melayu and English, and preferably some experience in promoting products. Responsibilities include cash handling, maintaining stock levels, and participating in promotional events. This position requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• SPM/Diploma/Certificate in beauty/makeup course will be an added advantage.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, and English.
• Pleasant personality with a strong drive and excellent in communication skills.
• Good interpersonal & follow-up skills, adaptable and result-oriented.
• Possess outgoing personality, positive and high energy level.
• Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Preferably with promoter experience.

Responsibilities

• Instil a high standard of friendly, professional customer service.
• Support store overall replenishment & housekeeping.
• Maintain sufficient stock level at all times.
• Act as a cashier and promote Watsons VIP Member Card.
• Provide skincare advice to customers.
• Achieve sales goals through customer service.
• Responsible for stock replenishment and promotion execution.
• Actively involved in roadshows/corporate events.
