Job summary

Make Up For Ever in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Beauty Advisor (Make Up Expert) to guide customers in selecting ideal cosmetics based on individual preferences and needs. You will build lasting relationships and ensure exceptional service at the counter.

Responsibilities include assisting with product requests, sharing knowledge to recommend best-suited products, maintaining an organized counter, supporting stock takes, and participating in launches and events as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education.
• Experience in beauty, skincare or cosmetics is an advantage.
• Excellent customer service and sales orientation.
• Willing to commit to retail operational hours.

You will also be expected to build and maintain good relationship with customers to ensure customer retention.
