Crossroads Chevrolet is a locally trusted dealership in Beckley, WV, committed to providing outstanding customer service and a top‑tier automotive buying experience. We’re growing our Business Development Center (BDC) team and are looking for a motivated, customer‑focused individual to join us!

Position Overview

As a BDC Agent, your primary responsibility is to communicate with potential customers—via phone, email, and text—to set quality appointments for our sales team. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, helping to create a positive impression of our dealership and ensuring a smooth transition to our sales department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from prospective customers
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team
  • Follow up with customers who have shown interest in vehicles or requested information
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
  • Work closely with the sales and management teams to meet appointment and conversion goals
  • Deliver excellent customer service and represent Crossroads Chevrolet with professionalism
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and phone skills
  • Friendly, energetic, and self‑motivated personality
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
  • Basic computer and typing skills; CRM experience is a plus
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or automotive BDC is preferred (but not required)
