Job summary

A leading business management firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced professional to assist the Group Chief Risk Officer with the implementation and enhancement of the Group Business Continuity Management Framework. The role involves research, coordination of BIA workshops, and developing Business Continuity Plans tailored to the business units. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields and at least 2 years of relevant experience in business continuity management. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree / Professional Qualification in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Actuarial Science, or related.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in business continuity management or related fields.
  • Professional certification in Business Continuity Management is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation and enhancement of the Group Business Continuity Management Framework.
  • Conduct research on industry best practices and propose enhancements to BCM processes.
  • Coordinate BIA workshops and prepare necessary arrangements.
  • Develop comprehensive Business Continuity Plans and Crisis Management Plans.
  • Collaborate with BCOs for timely updates of BIAs, BCPs, and CMPs.

Skills

Strong analytical and process-driven mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to handle confidential data professionally

Education
