Job Responsibilities

Has a good knowledge of menu and presentation standards, including seasonal cocktails, wine lists, and food pairings, to make informed recommendations to guests.

Meet and greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.

Expertly prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and specialty drinks according to the outlet's standards.

Able to anticipate any unexpected guest need and reacts promptly and tactfully.

Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.

Maintain cleanliness and ensure proper set up of outlet's floor, service, and bar areas.

Oversee inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring all items are stocked, properly stored, and logged. Assist in ordering and receiving supplies as needed.

Assist with the setup and service of bar areas for events and private functions, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.

Stay updated on new trends in mixology and beverages. Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Perform any other job-related tasks as assigned by the Superior and Head of Department.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a bartender or similar F&B role
  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
  • Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including mixing techniques and ingredients
  • Customer-focused mindset with a positive and professional attitude
