Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender/Barista to join our team in Sepang, Malaysia. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a wide range of beverages, including expertly mixed cocktails, specialty coffees, and non‑alcoholic drinks, while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, coffee, tea, and other drinks, with consistency and flair.
• Recommend beverages based on customer preferences and promote signature drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar or café area, ensuring all equipment is in proper working condition.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards for all beverages.
• Stay up‑to‑date with beverage menus, ingredients, brewing techniques, and current trends in the industry.
• Handle customer interactions professionally and warmly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Assist in inventory management, restocking, and daily opening/closing procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to create a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender or barista in a hotel or premium café/bar setting.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and cocktail mixology techniques.
• Familiarity with local beverage preferences and trends in Malaysia.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
