Requirements
  • Experience: Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
  • Mixology Knowledge: Strong understanding of cocktail recipes, techniques, and industry trends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse customers.
  • Physical Stamina: Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
  • Attention to Detail: Able to multitask while maintaining accuracy, cleanliness, and high service standards.
  • Certifications: Food handler and TIPS certification (or equivalent) is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Craft and Serve Cocktails: Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, beers, and non‑alcoholic beverages in accordance with Carousel & Co. standards.
  • Customer Interaction: Greet guests warmly, take orders, and engage in friendly conversations to create a welcoming environment.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the bar menu, seasonal cocktails, ingredient profiles, and special offerings to provide accurate recommendations.
  • Maintain Cleanliness & Organization: Ensure the bar is clean, well‑organized, fully stocked, and compliant with health and safety guidelines.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor bar inventory and communicate supply needs to management.
  • Uphold Drink Quality: Maintain consistent taste, presentation, and overall quality of all beverages served.
  • Conflict Resolution: Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
