Job summary

Bask Bear Coffee in Johor Bahru is seeking a Barista to craft beverages and provide excellent service. Training is provided, and candidates must be 18+ with ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays. No prior experience required, and health conditions are considered during selection.

Responsibilities include brewing drinks, maintaining quality, promoting Bask Bear products, and keeping work areas clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be at least 18 years old or above.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must be in good health with no critical illnesses.
• Able to commit to rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• To brew coffee or tea and serve drinks to customers.
• Ensure drinks meet high quality standards by following SOPs.
• Explain Bask Bear products clearly and upsell when appropriate.
• Clean and stock work areas, sanitize equipment and utensils.
