We are seeking an experienced Barista/Outlet Supervisor to join our team at Malaysia International Franchise Sdn Bhd' in our Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur location. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and overseeing the daily operations of our bustling cafe.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and specialty beverages to our customers with excellent barista skills
• Monitoring and maintaining stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring all equipment is clean and well-maintained
• Supervising and training junior staff to uphold our high standards of customer service and productivity
• Handling cash, reconciling tills, and ensuring accurate record-keeping
• Assisting with general cafe duties such as cleaning, restocking, and light food preparation
• Providing exceptional customer service and managing customer queries and complaints

What we're looking for

• 1-2 years of experience as a Barista or Cafe Supervisor in the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, equipment, and techniques
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic food handling and cash handling experience
