Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a cafe/service associate to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, greet customers, and describe menu items. You will maintain presentation standards and ensure a welcoming atmosphere in the shop.

Responsibilities include keeping work areas clean, stocking supplies, processing payments, and delivering consistent high-quality service. Vaccination of at least 2 doses is required, along with a Secondary School/SPM certificate; training will be provided for non-barista

Qualifications

• Vaccinated with at least 2 doses.
• Secondary School/SPM certificate or equivalent.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
