Job summary

Bask Bear Coffee is seeking staff to brew coffee and tea, serve drinks, and clearly explain our products to customers. You will promote upsells and ensure high quality service with passion while maintaining cleanliness across dining and kitchen areas.

Responsibilities include cleaning, restocking, handling waste, and assisting in food preparation following standard recipes. You will operate ovens and cooking ranges safely and ensure all equipment is sanitized regularly.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B service preferred.
• Ability to explain Bask Bear products to customers clearly.
• Comfort with cleaning, restocking, and sanitizing work areas.

• Clean and restock dining areas, take out trash, sanitize equipment and utensils.

To brew coffee or tea and to serve the drinks to customers.

Ensure every drink serves to customers are made with passion and have the highest quality standards by following the right SOP.

Able to explain all Bask Bear products clearly to customers, and to promote/upsell the products at all times.

Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils.

Assist in food preparation by following standard recipes.

Assure the cleanliness and sanitization of all work areas such as countertops.

Arrange for ovens and cooking ranges to be set at proper heat levels.

Place prepared dishes and platters on trays to make them ready for serving.

Clean and sanitize kitchen floors, ovens, and other cooking equipment periodically.
