Become part of the energetic and vibrant team at Pizza Medira' as a full-time Barista. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee beverages and providing outstanding customer service in our cafe located in Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and serve a range of coffee-based drinks to customers to the highest standard
• Handle cash and card payments, provide accurate change, and balance cash drawers
• Maintain an organised and clean work area, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service, responding to customer queries and feedback
• Restock and rotate supplies, and assist with general cafe duties as required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and the ability to craft high-quality espresso-based drinks
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good numeracy skills and experience handling cash and card payments
• Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well as part of a team
