A leading global hospitality company is seeking an Assistant Events Manager in Kuala Lumpur to manage events and ensure exceptional service delivery. Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity with international chain hotels.
  • Hotel sales experience and hotel database knowledge required.
  • Very familiar with local market and good at marketing trend analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise closely with the Sales team to convert leads into confirmed events.
  • Prepare proposals and contracts for leads received from Sales Managers.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction during events and oversee banquet functions.
