• Maintain test documentation, testing standards, and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, document, and track defects with clear details for investigation and resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, business users, and application teams to investigate and resolve defects.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure fixes and system changes do not impact existing functionality.
• Support application releases by verifying the readiness and quality of solutions before deployment.
