Banking Customer Service Officer @ KLCC up to RM4500 (Fresh Grad/Exp)
Ensure highest standard of service delivery on personalized phone services to Singapore customers. Serves customers by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests; maintaining database.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve customer inquiries/issues accurately.
- Educate the customer about the Bank’s products and services and direct them toward available resources for self-help.
- Complete accurately the necessary documentation to manage customer complaints, issues and subsequent solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge by participating in individual and team trainings, meetings and reading the information posted in the Contact Centre’s knowledge management system.
Key Requirements
- SPM / STPM / certificate holders with at least 5 years of work experience, Diploma with at least 2 years of work experience and Fresh Degree holder are welcome.
- Strong customer service mindset with good communication and excellent problem solving skill.
- Resourceful, proactive, attentive to details and a good team player.
- Possess good communication skills (verbal and written English); additional Mandarin verbal ability is preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work on a 24/7 day shift with staggered hours including weekends and Public Holidays.
Shift and Training Details
- Earliest shift start at 6am, latest shift end by 3am (Latest shift is ONLY assigned to Senior Officer normal 1 month in every 3-4 months).
- Subjected to rotational shift between 9.5 and 8.5 hours (based on business requirement).
- 9.5 hours per shift including 1 hour break (additional 0.5 hours comfort break). Rest 2 days (Off day may be split).
- 1 month classroom training (Mon – Fri, 9am – 6.30pm) Mandatory attendance.
Remuneration Package
- Basic up to RM4,000 depends on experience | Fresh Degree is RM3,200 basic.
- RM350 Fixed Shift Allowance | Up to RM900 per month if night shift.
- One time RM500 Bonus upon confirmation.
- RM300 Bilingual Language Allowance (Eng + Man).
- Quarterly KPI Incentives up to RM2,000.
- 21 days annual leave.
- 14 day medical leave.
