You will champion the sales and marketing of Bancassurance products at a national level, in partnership with the strength of 264 branches of our partnering bank.
Unlock capabilities of transforming prospects into clients and key accounts, through creative sales strategies and techniques.
Effective suggestive and up-selling with bank clients through relationship building and strengthening skills.
Display your entrepreneurship by riding on the sales and marketing events for new business acquisition.
Express customer care through your continuous after-sales service in policy servicing, payment, change in plans, appointment of trustee, top-ups, etc.
As you will be coached by an assigned buddy and developed through a structured training program, high-potential fresh to junior entry talents are welcome to apply.
A degree is valued. However, SPM holders with 5 passes inclusive of Bahasa Malaysia with related 3 years of work experience could be considered.
Your ability to build cordial business relationships with a diverse culture of people, through eloquently communication, multi-lingual language proficiency with good inter-personal skills would be advantageous to your success!
