AIngineer Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a seasoned backend engineer to build and run scalable production services on the Azure cloud. You will design data pipelines, operate services, and own the infrastructure that powers our enterprise customers, ensuring reliability and security.

The role emphasizes observability, fast deployments, strong data modelling, and a security-first mindset. You will own CI/CD, containerisation, and infrastructure as code, while improving monitoring and alerting

Qualifications

• At least 5 years building and running production backend services.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, Docker and a CI/CD system such as Azure Pipelines.
• Strong grounding in relational data modelling and query performance.
• A security first mindset when handling customer data.
