Job summary

RMJ Consulting Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a skilled C#/.NET developer to design, build, and maintain applications using the .NET framework. You will work on backend services, APIs, and integrations with SQL Server.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's in CS/IT, strong C#/.NET experience, REST API knowledge, and a collaborative mindset to work with analysts, testers, and other stakeholders across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience in C# and .NET / .NET Core.
• Experience with ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, or related web development technologies.
• Good knowledge of REST APIs and web services.
• Experience with SQL Server, database design, and SQL queries.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Git or other version control systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C# and the .NET framework.
• Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and application integrations.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and web services.
• Work with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, testers, and other stakeholders to deliver quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, system testing, deployment, and technical documentation.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
