Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of backend software engineering experience or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience with Go or Python, with willingness to become proficient in Go.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, databases, data structures & algorithms, and concurrency.
• Strong debugging skills, ownership mindset, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain backend services using Go (Python used occasionally).
• Develop secure APIs for enterprise search, user identity, permissions, and data synchronization.
• Integrate with AWS services including OpenSearch, DynamoDB, S3 and third-party APIs.
• Improve system performance, reliability, monitoring, logging, and operational readiness.
• Write unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and security teams in an agile environment.
