Job summary

Idataraya Sdn Bhd is seeking a back-end engineer to build API endpoints and background jobs against a data model you help shape. You will connect with third party systems and handle failures or quiet periods, while writing tests that make a fortnightly release boring.

• Commercial experience with a server-side language and a relational database.
• Comfort reading someone else's code before changing it.
• An eye for the failure cases, not only the happy path.
• Clear written English, since much of the work is agreeing behaviour in writing.
